Every piece from FierceMelbourne is designed to make you feel powerful. If yours doesn't, we'll make it right. No forms. No reasons required. No questions asked.

Our 30-Day Promise

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send anything back for a full refund. Change of mind, wrong size, didn't suit you — whatever the reason is, it's enough for us.

We pay return shipping both ways. Yes, really.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@fiercemelbourne.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 - 48 hours
  3. Drop the parcel at any Australia Post location
  4. Once it reaches us, your refund hits your original payment method within 5 business days

That's the whole process. No phone calls, no inspections, no "valid reason" required.

What We Ask in Return

  • Items come back unworn, with original tags attached, in their original packaging

A Few Exceptions

For hygiene and fairness, we can't accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked before checkout)
  • Intimates and swimwear if the protective lining has been removed
  • Gift cards

Everything else is fair game.

Faulty or Wrong Item?

Send us a photo at support@fiercemelbourne.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund straight away — your choice, no inspection required.

Need a Different Size or Colour?

The fastest way is to return your original through our standard returns process and place a new order whenever you're ready. We'll get the new piece moving the moment you order — you don't need to wait for your return to land with us.

Refund Timing

Once your return reaches our warehouse:

  • 5 business days for us to process and refund
  • Then 3–5 business days for your bank to display the funds

If it's been more than 10 business days since you received our refund confirmation email and nothing's shown up, email us — we'll chase it down personally.
